Pearl Pentacle: Creation Story (Online)

with Fio Gede Parma

Pearl Pentacle is a Core Class in the Reclaiming tradition and is a tool for embodiment, provocation, and community work. Join us as we work with the points of the Pearl Pentacle as a compass to explore the Feri Creation story.

  • Sex - Love - Star Goddess

  • Self - Wisdom - Miria

  • Passion - Knowledge - Blue God

  • Pride - Law - Green God

  • Power - Liberty - Red/Horned God

“Alone, awesome, complete within Herself, the Goddess, She whose name cannot be spoken, floated in the abyss of outer darkness, before the beginning of all things. And as She looked into the curved mirror of black space, She saw by her own light her radiant reflection, and fell in love with it. She drew it forth by the power that was in Her and made love to Herself, and called Her ‘Miria, the Wonderful.’

Their ecstasy burst forth in the single song of all that is, was, or ever shall be, and with the song came motion, waves that poured outward and became all the spheres and circles of the worlds. The Goddess became filled with love, swollen with love, and She gave birth to a rain of bright spirits that filled the worlds and became all beings.

But in that great movement, Miria was swept away, and as She moved out from the Goddess She became more masculine. First She became the Blue God, the gentle, laughing God of love. Then She became the Green One, vine-covered, rooted in the earth, the spirit of all growing things. At last She became the Horned God, the Hunter whose face is the ruddy sun and yet dark as Death. But always desire draws Him back toward the Goddess, so that He circles Her eternally, seeking to return in love.”

Rites of Passage: Living Your Myth with Tarot & Ritual (Online)

with Suzanne Sterling

Rites of Passage (a Reclaiming core class) is designed to unite your creative and magical selves as you cultivate the skills to becoming your own priestex/ess. We will be working with Tarot, art and ritual as tools for self-transformation and world changing magic.

Times of great loss and change are times of initiation, they are portals for growth and awakening. It is in this shimmering, liminal moment that we as witches, magic makers, artists and creatives can and must be most effective.

In this class, we will be exploring our own mythic landscapes, and use the tool of Tarot to storytell, deepen, and understand ourselves as ritual artists. Students should have their own Tarot deck for this class, but don’t need to have an established Tarot practice to join us. Beginning Tarot readers are welcome!

We will be learning valuable ritual arts such as:

  • Trance - how to lead trances and using trance as part of ritual

  • Myth - exploring the story of the Major Arcana and how to work with the story to enhance the mythology of our own lives

  • Mystery -  building relationship with, listening to and Aspecting the Spirits

  • Improvisation - learning ways to work with the unknown and to “play” in ritual

  • Creativity - how rhythm, chant, song and movement enhance magical spaces

This is a core class in the Reclaiming tradition.  We ask that you have attended an Elements of Magic class or been to a Reclaiming ritual or contact us directly about your ritual experience.

Class Dates & Times:

6 Sundays Jan 18, 25, Feb 1, 8, 15, 22

From 10am to 1pm Pacific Time (San Francisco)  each day.
